EMS Response

An EMS (Emergency Medical Services) response describes the coordinated actions of Crittenden trained personnel and other agencies to address medical emergencies and injuries, involving pre-hospital treatment, transportation, and communication between emergency responders and hospitals. An EMS response typically begins with an emergency call, followed by dispatch to a specific location, assessment and treatment of the patient by trained personnel (EMTs and paramedics), and transport to a hospital. The goal is to stabilize the patient and provide immediate, critical care to reduce the impact of the medical emergency.
